I provide flexible office hours to accommodate your schedule and needs. Please respect that as a solo practitioner I do my best to answer your call as soon as possible. If you have an emergency and you do not receive a call back within 20 minutes, please try calling or texting  again. It is possible that I am unable to answer if I am currently treating another animal or if I am in a region with inadequate cell phone reception.

Non-emergency calls will be returned by the following work day. As I am able to keep my prices down by clustering calls, I do ask for 48 hours notice of rescheduling or cancellation of appointments. I am not able to make same day appointments for non-emergencies. If a same day appointment is requested, an urgent care fee will apply.

Since good business management enables the practice of quality medicine, I collect full payment at the time of service. For your convenience, Visa, MasterCard and cash are accepted and are processed at the farm using the remote Square card system. Monthly billing may be available for established clients with a valid credit card on file.
